Balanced granular fertilizer which contains equal amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium also called potash. If applying 1 lb of nitrogen per 1000 sf, apply 5.26 lbs of 19-19-19 per 1000 sf of area you are fertilizer. This is found by dividing 1/.19 = 5.26. Apply this evenly with a spreader
