The most commonly grown variety in WNC. Its reputation for good culinary quality is well known. This variety produces a high yield of large oblong tubers with thin smooth white skin and white flesh. The Kennebec is excellent for baking, boiling, chipping and frying.
This is a seasonal item that we sell in early spring. Contact us if you want to preorder, as we intentionally sell out before they rot and often do not have them for late-season planting.
