Diammonium Phosphate often called DAP is the most widely used phosphate fertilizer. An excellent starter fertilizer as seed and young plants need phosphorus for producing roots. It is 18% nitrogen and 46% phosphorus created by reacting phosphate rock, sulfur to dissolve rock and ammonia.
